台中市至今仍有兩成消防員僅有1套消防衣，消防人員表示若無法換洗與保養，可能危及安全。 圖／台中市消防局提供 分享 facebook 消防員「每人應有兩套消防衣」的門檻，台中市至今仍有兩成未達標，基層反映消防衣要熱賣商品大力推薦保養、換洗，只有單套靠自然風乾，常得穿濕的消防衣進火場，等於自陷險地。中市消防員昨批每次火災重大傷亡，政府部門都宣誓要補足、換新設備，但「今天公祭，明天忘記」，消防局長曾進財說，將與相關單位研議，先試辦採購烘乾機烘消防衣。消防署105年開始辦理「精進消防救災裝備器材4年中程計畫」，由中央補助各縣市採買消防裝備，但台中仍有消防員向議員林德宇反映「我只有一件消防衣」，多年來一直沒補最暢銷產品限時下殺足；萬一遇到密集火災，根本得穿濕衣打火，自陷險地。. } }); } 中市消防局外勤隊員1341人，有2套消防衣的1072位，約兩成隊員僅1套消防衣；基層消防員說，每人應配2件消防衣，才夠換洗、保養，目前還有很多重要基本裝備不足，讓人心酸。消防員指出，一旦發生密集性的火災需進入現場，「濕的消防衣可穿進去火場嗎?」且配備沒保養好，進火場也有危險。議員林德宇、陳世凱要求消防局應加速採購期程，讓每位隊員都有2套消防衣，並在各分隊增設專屬消防衣的烘衣設備，改善現行自然風乾耗時不便的作法；林德宇說，連消防衣的清潔，坊間購物網每套洗到好1600元，難道要讓消防同仁花這筆錢嗎?局長曾進財回應說：「救完災，消必買介紹防衣一定要做保養、晾乾！」分隊都有洗衣機，有烘乾機當然最好，熱賣商品英文團購熱門商品但是有時救完災後就遇雨天，烘乾真的有困難。

日本政府今年來第二度下修經濟展望，再度點燃是否延後預計10月調漲消費稅的政策辯論。日本4月消費者物價則創下近三年來最大漲幅，不過多項因素讓外界對日本通膨率繼續回升的前景並不看好。彭博資訊報導，內閣府24日在每月經濟報告中表示，在出口持續疲弱之際，工業生產和企業投資已經惡化。不過內閣府也表示，日本經濟仍持續以溫和步伐復甦，企業投資仍熱門商品最新溫和成長。在彭博訪調分析師中，有四分之一認為日本政府下修經濟展望，會對調漲消費稅造成重大影響。. } }); } 隨著全球經濟成長減緩和貿易緊張升高，各界開始對調漲消費稅展開辯論。雖然日本經濟第1季看來強健，但主要是因為進口下滑速度更甚出口、庫存和政府支出增加。上回2014年調漲消費稅重創了日本消費，那一年日本經濟大幅萎縮。不過，日本經濟大臣茂木敏充並不理會這些推測，表示調漲消費稅勢在必行，「我們按照時程調漲消費稅的計畫沒有任何改變。」另一方面，日本4月剔除生鮮食品的核心消費者物價指數（CPI）較去年同期上升0.9%，符合市場預期。再剔除能源價格的核心-核心CPI則上升0.6%，升幅達到2016年6月來最大。搶購物價上漲主因是日本史上最長十天連假前，出國旅遊價格上漲，以及汽油價格上揚。物價上漲對日本銀行（央行）而言將是好消息，如此一來，央行將更不需要考慮增加刺激措施，但目前的通膨率距離2%目標仍遠。日本物價發燒好康省錢大作戰面臨最大的風險之一也是調漲消費稅，因可能影響消費。彭博經濟學家增島雄樹則說，預料核心物價的漲幅在夏季前將會減緩，調降手機電信費用和降低教育成本等政送禮推薦最近流行商品策相關因素是主要原因。 分享 facebook
